1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Clear Creations LLC services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Clear Creations LLC provides custom printing, design, and fulfillment services including but not limited to:

• Custom apparel printing and embroidery
• Marketing materials and business collateral
• Promotional products and accessories
• Graphic design services
• Order fulfillment and warehousing
• Kitting and merchandising services

3. Order Process and Pricing

3.1 Quote and Approval Process

All custom orders require written approval of pricing, specifications, and design proofs before production begins. Prices are subject to change based on order specifications, quantity, and material costs.

3.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required for orders over $500
• Full payment required for orders under $500
• Net 30 terms available for established business clients
• Late payment fees of 1.5% per month may apply

3.3 Order Changes

Changes to approved orders may result in additional charges and extended delivery times. No changes can be made once production has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client-Provided Materials

You warrant that you own or have permission to use any intellectual property provided for your order, including logos, images, text, and designs.

4.2 Our Created Materials

Design work created by Clear Creations LLC becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.3 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise.

5. Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all products and services. However, custom products may have natural variations in color, alignment, and finish that are within industry standards.

5.1 Color Matching

Colors may vary between digital proofs and final printed products due to material properties and printing processes. We cannot guarantee exact color matching.

5.2 Defect Resolution

Defective products will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment unless shipping insurance was purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Will County, Illinois.
